About Me
I am a certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS), and I have a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. I have worked as a personal trainer with all types of clients, as well as an Athletic Trainer/Injury Prevention Specialist. I am highly experienced in strength training and muscle growth training (10+years), and I drive results with programs and guides that are specific to each and every individual. Everyone is built differently, and my program design will always reflect that.
When I first began lifting, I weighed less than 100lbs, was extremely skinny, and had no guidance. With my experience, schooling, and constant need to stay on top of any fitness related studies, I have added pounds and pounds of muscle mass throughout my entire body.
